High-Quality Printing for Indoor & Outdoor Displays
Our boards and display graphics are printed in-house for sharp detail, vibrant colour and a professional finish across a wide range of materials. We use HP Latex print technology, which combines excellent image quality with the durability required for commercial signs and displays.
HP Latex inks also carry UL GREENGUARD Gold certification for low chemical emissions into indoor air, an additional benefit for graphics used in offices, retail spaces, education, healthcare and other indoor environments.
Although HP Latex is described as a water-based ink technology, the finished print is not water-soluble. During printing, the water component evaporates and the latex polymer is cured, binding the pigment to the print surface and forming a durable image. On suitable board materials this provides the robustness needed for short-term outdoor signage without lamination. Prints leave the printer dry and ready for cutting or finishing.

Foamex Printing – Versatile Signs & Displays
Foamex is a smooth rigid PVC foam board and one of the most versatile materials in our range. Available in white and black in 1mm, 3mm, 5mm and 10mm thicknesses.
Ideal for indoor signs, retail displays, exhibition graphics, POS, directional signs, information boards, short to medium-term outdoor signage, artwork and photographic displays.
Correx Printing – Lightweight Temporary Signage
Correx is a lightweight fluted plastic board that is economical, easy to handle and particularly useful for temporary signage. Available in 4mm and 6mm.
Ideal for property and letting signs, construction/site signage, temporary outdoor signs, events, directional and safety signage and promotions.
Dibond Printing – Strong Longer-Term Signage
Our 3mm Dibond is an aluminium composite panel with a rigid core and aluminium faces. It provides a smooth, stable surface and excellent rigidity for more demanding applications.
Ideal for longer-term outdoor signage, building signs, directional signage, property/development signs, information panels and premium display panels.
Display Board – Lightweight Indoor Displays
Available in 1000 and 2000 micron, Display Board is a lightweight smooth-surfaced card board for indoor applications where easy handling matters more than weather resistance.

Alongside standard board sizes, our online price calculator accepts custom dimensions and gives an instant price. We can produce boards up to approximately 3.5m × 1.5m, subject to material and practical production requirements.
Single boards are welcome. You do not need to commit to a large quantity just to obtain a professionally printed sign or display.
Single or Double-Sided Printing
Every board material in our range can be printed single or double sided. Single-sided printing is by far the most common for wall-mounted signs and presentation graphics; double-sided printing is useful for hanging signs, freestanding displays, windows, directional signage and panels viewed from both directions.
Finishing Options
Boards are accurately straight-edge cut to your selected dimensions. Rounded corners are available where preferred, and drilled holes can be added to make mounting easier.
Matt and gloss lamination are available where additional surface protection is useful. Lamination is not normally required for indoor displays or short-term outdoor signage: once cured, HP Latex ink is not water-soluble and provides a durable printed image on suitable board materials. Lamination is particularly worth considering for longer-term outdoor signs, frequently handled displays, or applications where additional abrasion and surface protection are desirable.

No. HP Latex uses a water-based ink formulation, but the finished cured image is not water-soluble. During curing, water evaporates and the latex polymer binds the pigment to the print surface, producing a durable image suitable for sign and display applications.
What's best for outdoor signs?
Correx is useful for temporary signage, Foamex for many short to medium-term applications and Dibond where greater rigidity and longer-term durability are priorities.

Foamex or Foamcore?

Can you print artwork and photographs onto boards?
Yes. Foamcore, Foamex and Display Board are useful options depending on required weight, rigidity and presentation.
Do you contour cut?
Our standard service is straight-edge cutting with rounded corners available; custom contour cutting is not advertised as part of this product.
