Choose your card, inside and out
350gsm Silk is our standard choice. You can also choose 300gsm Ensocoat coated on one side, or 340gsm Splendourgel. Print a black message inside, choose full colour on the inside, or leave it blank for handwriting. Gloss, Matt and Soft Touch lamination are available on the outside only.
Finished folded sizes, with optional envelopes
Choose A6, A5 or A4, one of four square sizes, or enter your custom finished dimensions in millimetres. Standard-size envelopes are 6p each; ask us for a custom-size envelope quote.
Preparing your artwork
Supply a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed on every outside edge. The outside spread contains the back and front cover; supply a second spread if printing inside. Keep important content clear of the trim and centre fold, embed fonts and use high-resolution images. For black-only interiors, supply artwork using black ink only. Name each file to match its design entry and quantity.
Production and delivery
Cards are supplied flat and creased, ready for you to fold. Standard production takes 3–5 working days from approval of print-ready artwork. Express production takes 1–2 working days, subject to stock and capacity, and adds 25% to printing and finishing with a £15 minimum. Envelopes and delivery are excluded from that surcharge. Can I split an order across several designs?
Yes. Add each design and its quantity in the calculator. Designs in one basket item share the same size, stock and finishing; add a separate item for different specifications.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum run: you can order from one card. Setup and finishing charges still apply, so the price per card usually reduces on longer runs.
Are the cards folded?
They are creased and supplied flat for folding. The pictures show folded examples to illustrate how the finished cards look.
When do I upload the artwork?
Upload your print-ready PDFs after checkout, using the existing order artwork upload facility. Include a clearly named file for every design.
