Upload. Make it yours. Print.

One place for your files. Plenty of ways to print.

Start with a PDF or an image and build the print job around it. Your SM Print account keeps PDFs in My Documents and original images in My Images, ready for your next order.

Documents, one copy or many

Print reports, instructions and handouts as loose sheets, or choose a suitable bound product for a longer document.

Useful information, ready to use

Turn instructions and reference material into clear printed pages. Choose the paper, sides and quantity that fit the job.

Colourful designs and resources

Bring learning materials, artwork and individual designs to paper. Tell us whether a PDF is one document or a collection of designs.

Large prints and plans

Choose a suitable large-format print for your artwork. For scale-critical plans, supply the PDF at the required size and make the scale requirement clear.

Personal prints and gift wrap

Use your images and designs for posters, photo prints or personalised wrapping sheets. Crop and scale images before creating a print PDF.

A batch with room for differences

Apply matching print specifications to several files and set copies beside each filename. Use “Same quantity for all” when every file needs the same number.

Three simple steps

1. Upload or choose files. Start with new artwork or select saved PDFs from My Documents.

2. Configure your printing. Confirm whether your pages make one document or several designs, choose a suitable product and set quantities.

3. Review and order. Check the files, specifications and price before adding your print to the basket.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

Yes. Create a free SM Print account to upload, save and configure your files. If you already have an account, sign in to use your existing library.

Which files can I upload?

Upload PDFs through Upload & Print. For photographs and other supported image files, open My Images to upload, crop and create a printable PDF.

Can I upload several PDFs together?

Yes. Select several PDFs in the file picker and save them together. They appear in My Documents using their filenames.

What does the PDF check tell me?

It reads basic information such as page count and page dimensions to help offer suitable products and sizes. It is not a full preflight or a guarantee that artwork is print-ready.

What if every page is a separate design?

Choose “A collection of designs” after the scan. You can then use the available page-grouping choices to prepare individual designs for printing.

Can each file have a different quantity?

Yes. Set a quantity beside each filename. Matching print settings are shared across the batch; configure a separate batch when other specifications need to differ.

Where are my files stored?

Uploaded PDFs and converted print PDFs appear in My Documents. Original uploaded images appear in My Images so you can return to them for another crop or size.

Can I crop and resize photographs?

Yes. My Images uses our existing scale-and-crop tool to prepare an image at your chosen size and convert it into a PDF for printing.

Can I use a custom page size?

The PDF scan recognises measured dimensions as well as standard sizes. Available custom sizes depend on the chosen product and its production limits.

Can I remove files I no longer need?

Use Remove in your library. Files needed for an active basket or checkout may need to be released first. Copies already retained for an order are handled separately from your library.
